Common Questions About Our Services

Read below for details on property care, service areas, safety credentials, and what makes Perry Land Maintenance the trusted choice for Green Valley, Sahuarita, Tubac, and nearby communities. Why hire a licensed landscaper? Working with a ROC Licensed, bonded, and insured contractor provides added protection, accountability, and professional standards for your project. What are ground gutters? Ground gutters are recessed trenches with protective grates designed to capture and redirect surface water runoff before it can damage landscaping or property. How often should a vacant home be checked? Regular Home Watch visits help identify leaks, storm damage, pest activity, HVAC issues, and other concerns before they become costly repairs.

  • What areas do you serve in Southern Arizona?

We work throughout the I-19 corridor, including Tubac, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Amado, Rio Rico, Vail, and Santa Cruz County. Nogales is not currently in our service area.

  • What is a ground gutter and why is it important?

A ground gutter is a trench with a grate, set into the ground to catch and move surface water. In the Sonoran Desert, they help prevent erosion and water damage during monsoon storms.

Home Watch covers regular interior and exterior checks for leaks, storm or monsoon damage, pests, system failures, and signs of vandalism. We report directly to you and arrange repairs if needed.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Perry Land Maintenance is licensed with Arizona ROC #355072, bonded, and fully insured. This protects you from liability and ensures professional standards on every job.

  • Do you offer emergency response for Home Watch clients?

If we find urgent issues such as leaks or break-ins during a Home Watch visit, you are notified right away. We can arrange emergency repairs with your approval for fast resolution.

  • Can you help with yard maintenance during the monsoon season?

Yes. We provide seasonal clean-ups, tree and shrub pruning, debris removal, and drainage solutions to prepare your property for monsoon rains and reduce the risk of storm damage.
